# Help for ticket buyers Your ticket is a PDF attached to the confirmation e-mail, with a barcode and a QR code. Show it on your phone or printed. Questions about refunds and dates go to the organizer of the event, whose contact is on the sales page and in the e-mail. ## Where is my ticket? ### I paid but have no e-mail Check the spam folder and the address you typed at checkout. If the e-mail is not there after a few minutes, write to the organizer with your name and the time of purchase; they can resend the ticket to another address. ### What do I show at the door? The PDF on your phone or printed. The barcode and the QR code are scanned once; a screenshot of the code works too. ### Can I get a refund? Refunds are decided by the organizer of the event, under the terms shown at checkout. Write to the organizer; the refund goes back to the card you paid with. ### The date has changed You get an e-mail from the organizer with the updated ticket attached. The old ticket stops working. ### Can I transfer the ticket to a friend? Forward the PDF. The ticket is scanned once, whoever brings it. ### I have a question about my payment The payment went to the organizer's own payment account; the organizer sees it in the Event Center and can answer. ArenaSoldOut.com does not hold buyers' money. ### Where does my data go? To the organizer of the event, to deliver the ticket, and to the payment provider for the payment. See the privacy policy. ## Are you an organizer? Create the event, connect your payment account, share the link. Buyers pay into your own account from the first ticket. - [Start selling](https://arenasoldout.com/start) - [How it works](https://arenasoldout.com/#how) Ticket buyers write to the organizer of their event. --- © 2019–2026 ArenaSoldOut.com · ABH TEAM OÜ · EU.
