Do I have to draw the plan myself?
No, never. Send the plan as a PDF, a spreadsheet or a hand sketch and the team builds it into your event. Vector files (SVG) are imported directly.
Can one event have seats and standing places?
Yes, in one plan. Reserved rows with categories, standing areas with quotas, every category with its own price and sale window.
Can I change the plan after sales started?
Yes. Plans have versions, so a new layout for the next session does not touch the tickets already sold.
How much does a seated ticket cost me?
The commission for a ticket with a seat is 1.09 (EUR in EU countries, USD elsewhere), against 0.59 without a seat; prepaid packages lower it. The plan itself is free. See pricing.
Does the buyer pick the seat on a phone?
Yes. The seat map is the same in the widget and on the hosted page, with pinch zoom on phones, a legend per category and a hold timer for selected seats.
What about invitations and press seats?
Issue free tickets for exact seats from the Event Center; they scan at the door like any ticket.
