Questions

What do concert organizers ask first?

How fast can a concert go on sale?
Without a seating plan, within the hour: name, date, prices, poster, your payment account. With seats, usually within a day, after the team builds the plan from your file.
Can I sell a VIP category with a limited quota?
Yes. Each category has its own price, quota and sale window; a sold-out category can hand its unsold places to the next one.
What does a ticket cost me?
A fixed amount per ticket sold, invoiced after the session; see pricing. Invitations and refunds are free.
Can I see sales as they happen?
Yes. Every sale lands in your Telegram group within seconds and in the Event Center with per-session totals and a CSV export.
