What do show producers ask first?
Can one event cover a whole tour?
Yes. Sessions carry the city, the venue and the plan; totals and CSV reports come per session and for the whole event.
How do we handle a venue we have not played before?
Send its plan in any readable form and the team builds it in. The next visit reuses it.
Our tickets are also sold by local partners. Will the door cope?
Yes. The scanner app accepts partners' tickets from other systems next to ArenaSoldOut.com tickets.
