What do theatres ask first?

Yes, the team does. Send a PDF, a spreadsheet or a hand sketch; the plan is built into your event, usually within a day, and you approve it before sales start.
Can we have different prices for stalls and balcony?
Yes. Categories with their own prices, quotas and windows; early-bird windows switch by date.
We run many performances a month. Is there a different deal?
Can buyers choose seats on a phone?
Yes, the seat map works on phones with pinch zoom, in the buyer's language.
