5. Open the Manager Application:
Run the application file for your operating system (e.g., “Manager.exe” for Windows).
The Manager application is designed to manage company credentials, user accounts, interfaces, subscriptions to events, web widget configuration, push notifications, and other platform resources.
6. Open the Reporter Application:
Run the application file for your operating system (e.g., “Reporter.exe” for Windows).
The Reporter application is used to receive and analyze data on ticket sales, generate various reports, and manage ticket refunds.
It provides real-time data insights.
7. Set up Web Widgets:
Web widgets are essential for selling tickets on your website.
Determine where you want to place the “Buy Tickets” button on your website.
Obtain the web widget code or link from the ArenaSoldOut&TixGear platform.
Embed the widget code or link into your website’s HTML code at the desired location.
When visitors click the “Buy Tickets” button on your website, they will be redirected to the widget, where they can select seats and complete the ticket purchase.
